All packages are mailed via USPS and the tracking number is provided through email.

HAUTEBOX BEAUTY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. Contact USPS for problems concerning your package. Once order has shipped USPS is responsible. 

Tracking info can also take up to 48 hours to update!

Shipping usually takes around 3-5 business days.

PROCESSING TIME

After order is placed, processing can take up to 1-2 days. One of Hautebox Beauty’s main goals is to get your order to you A$AP (no Rocky)

After order is processed, a shipping label will be created and confirmation email will be sent with tracking info. 

It is important to keep up with tracking info incase of any delays or issues.
